It is available free use of laundry, wood oven and barbecue in public areas.
Each apartment has its own parking available and accessible through the main gate (automatic opening with remote control). In the inner park there are games for children (swing, rocker, bowls, etc.), tennis table and table football. An organic vegetable garden is available for the guests. There are also some free mountain bikes (large choice of tourist routes in the surrounding hills) to explore the area.
A pond for sport fishing is available a few meters away with special agreement. On request it is possible to rent a quad to ride the surrounding hills. In the immediate vicinity there are riding schools, golf courses, tennis courts and it is also possible to practice skydiving. In 30 minutes distance there are spa and rafting experience.
